What We Do
Ashtons are an estate agent based in Primrose Hill: our main focuses are residential sales, lettings, property and leasehold management within Primrose Hill and surrounding areas. We also place investment properties, developments and commercial property through our extensive database of investors in
the UK and all over the world.
Our Ethos
We pride ourselves on giving customer service second to none, and have built up an outstanding client-base predominantly through word of mouth and recommendations on this ethos. We firmly believe this approach helps us to build trust and creates lasting relationships with our clients.
Our History / Who We Are
The agency was originally set up by Andrew Telson in 2009. After working in the property sector for over 10 years, Andrew spotted a niche in providing great customer service as a clear way to differentiate from often unreliable competition. Simon Philipp joined as a director shortly after. With the same ethos and 18 years' experience in agency, resulting in a successful partnership and more importantly, many happy clients on both sides of the client experience. We try to operate a stress-free practice and we will always go the extra mile to accommodate to any extra needs, ensuring all deals are transacted with both parties leaving satisfied.

Ashtons are proud to be Primrose Hill's sole representative of the prestigious Guild of Professional Estate Agents. We were selected for membership in 2014 as we work in line with their code of conduct and ethics; making us the only representative for the Primrose Hill area. The Guild of Professional Estate Agents is a national network of carefully selected independent estate agents working together to ensure a 'best in class' service to the public. Members of the Guild pride themselves on building loyal, reputable and professional local businesses that depend greatly on the quality of service they provide to their clients.
