I put in a offer on a house with Anne James over six weeks ago, and they still have not sent the notification of offer, which is a legal requirment. We had our house up for sale with Anne James. Despite them marketing (I use the term losely) our property without signed off particulars or an agreement with the most awful pictures that we asked them to change on several occasions.
