First of all, they charge £200 for providing no service at all, their role is just a contact person between two parties, a landlord and tenant. I had many probelm but none of them were sorted. This agent is just after money and don't have try to help you. They both are just gives false promises ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent can not do anything now. I will never use this agent for renting or not even when buying a property for myself.
