Chantelle was very friendly and very helpful in organizing me and my partner to move into our first place together. As it was our first time in renting we had lots of silly little questions to ask but Chantelle was very understanding and explain everything in plain English (no estate agent jargon) ... Chantelle was very friendly and very helpful in organizing me and my partner to move into our first place together. As it was our first time in renting we had lots of silly little questions to ask but Chantelle was very understanding and explain everything in plain English (no estate agent jargon) even after we had moved in and had afew issues with the flat, Chantelle was swift in resolving the issues. overall I would highly recommend the guys down at James Dean.
