They did a brilliant job arranging and doing the viewings and finding us a buyer. Lucy's support has been amazing, she was always available during the process to share updates with us and liaise with the buyer on our behalf. Selling and buying at the same time is a stresful process but Lucy remained positive and supportive throughout.

Incredible from start to finish. Tony came to value our property and from the word go we knew we wanted to use Outlook and we don't regret it! He wasn't remotely pushy (as many agents are) and seemed really honest and genuine. Loved the write up they did and LOVED the photography of our flat and it was way nicer than other agents photography that we had seen.
Lucy looked after most of the viewings alongside Tony and I don't know where to start with how brilliant she was! So friendly and very fun but also super professional and clearly cares so much about what she is doing. She fed back on all viewings straight away and really cared about the job she was doing and went well above and beyond what she had to do to go back and forth between myself and our buyer (even on evenings and weekends!) After we lost our first buyer we were really worried about getting another sale without collapsing the chain above but Tony stepped in to help us find another buyer as quickly as possible...and we did! Brilliant service, staff who really care with lots of laughs along the way...I can't fault the service we got and would recommend Outlook to anyone and everyone!

We went through Outlook Property for the purchase of our property, and although as the buyers we were not technically their clients, we still felt like we received an amazing service from them throughout the process.
Above all we always felt that they were honest with us about timeframes and helped us manage our own expectations in this area.. of course everyone wants these transactions to move quickly but when there were roadbumps they let us know and were realistic with us.
Another thing we really appreciated was how easy they were to get in touch with both over the phone and via email. Towards the tail end of the transaction we were calling a few times a day (!) but Tony and Michela were endlessly patient and understanding with us.
We wouldn't hesitate to use Outlook in future transactions or recommend them to others!

When appointing Outlook, Tony has truly changed our perception in a positive manner, he listened, understood, and supported our needs from start to completion, I can’t thank him enough. Outlook were recommended to us by a family friend who used to work for the company. Recommendations from satisfied customers are great. Recommendations from ex employees are the gold standard because, if anyone has an axe to grind, it is an ex employee. The fact our friend spoke so highly of his ex employers gave us great confidence and, as soon as Tony came round, I could see why. There were no claims of having discovered the estate agent equivalent of alchemy in order to inflate prospective values and get the business on the books, only to get no interest. Simply an accurate analysis of the value of our property based on extensive research of sales of similar properties in the area and, an understanding of the local property market.
Our property needed some work doing before we could put it on the market. Tony provided great advice on what should be done, some things we hadn’t even considered but, he advised us not to do some work we had intended to because of the type of person who would buy the property and, what they would do to it. He was unbelievably accurate in understanding who would buy a property like ours, right down to their age and the fact they would have a beard! The work he saved us from doing which, would not have added any value to the property, amounted to most of Outlook’s eventual fees. We didn’t know a builder so, Outlook recommended one who did a great job. When it looked like he might not be able to start as quickly as we would like, one call from Michela at Outlook and, that problem was resolved.
Outlook arranged 6 viewings for 3 days after the building works were completed. Two made offers the following day and, a third wanted to arrange a second viewing. This demonstrated to me that Outlook really understand those they are helping to buy and, do not waste anyone’s time showing properties which are of no interest. Within 3 working days from first viewings, we had agreed the sale of our house and, agreed the purchase of the property we wanted to buy. Outlook have also recently sold a neighbour’s home in 2 weeks.
They recommended a solicitor for our conveyancing and, she did an excellent job for us. All of the way through the process, Outlook were on hand to help and answer queries, even on matters which one would not normally expect to be in their remit. They attended on visits made by our purchasers with their architect and builders and took a pro active stance to ensure the transition from agreed sale to exchange of contracts took place. They liaised with us, our purchasers, chased solicitors, solved problems and, offered advice whenever needed.
I would like to thank Tony, Michela, Erica and all of the team at Outlook for their hard work in selling our property and, I would highly recommend the company to any buyer or seller. To finish with Oscar Wilde. The cost of Outlook’s service? In line with industry average. The value? Way beyond anything I could have expected or, even hoped for.

Tony Platt and his team are really excellent. Outlook give you a full service for a reasonable commission. Tony has great connections locally and helped save us £1000s on our lease renewal which we had to complete as part of the sale by advising us what was a fair offer price.
Other, larger estate agents locally may have a slightly lower commission and specialise in fast turnaround and have dozens of sales in the area. Beware - there is a cost to the seller... they don't want properties on their books for long so, in our experience, they advise a low selling price and/or major refurbishment before putting the property on the market so it sells quickly and easily. In our case, they advised us to put our flat on the market for 16% less than the actual price Tony managed to get for us.
Outlook take great care of their clients, have great connections, feed in buyers from their other local offices and place properties at a fair price for buyer and seller. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Having lived in my previous property for 46 years I was anxious and somewhat scared about the prospect of moving but Tony never tried to push me into putting the house up for sale which I really appreciated. Once I decided, after some months, to take the plunge to sell, Tony & Mark "held my hand" through the process, keeping me informed and respecting my wishes & decisions. They were proactive in giving us updates on how our chain was progressing and we always felt like we were getting their honest, professional opinion rather than what you want to hear, like many estate agents!
