About Baiba
Baiba has worked in property management for over 10 years and has gained experience in major property management companies as well as boutique family owned firms. Baiba has a Master’s degree in Estate and Property Management, is an associate member of RICS, and is a member of the Institute of Residential Property
Management. In her present role, Baiba is responsible for the day to day management of Oakley’s commercial portfolio.
Outside of work, Baiba is a keen baker and gardener and can often be found baking in her kitchen using her homegrown fruit and vegetables.
