Denise Robertson, the Senior Short-Let Property Manager has been with the team since the Summer of 2019. She was instrumental in the integration and improvement when Evergreen took over a competitor's short let portfolio during the pandemic. She currently manages 70 short lets with her small team of staff. The por
tfolio, despite licensing coming in continues to grow as landlords continue to seek the very best in short let management. In January 2023 her hard work on this portfolio was rewarded in gaining Superhost status. Denise works tirelessly with both landlords and guests on a daily basis to ensure the best guest and landlord experience.
