Kimberley has been working within the lettings and estate agency industry for roughly eight years.
Kimberley holds a Letwell qualification in Level 3 Letting and Managing Qualification through Chartered Institute of housing. She has also recently completed a postgradua
te diploma in housing studies.
Kimberley is extremely passionate about her career. She is often jokingly referred too in the office as the ‘Compliance Queen’ as she is always ready to keep landlords and her colleagues up to date with legislation changes and their general tenancy obligations. Usually Kimberley is processing admin in the office, but on occasion will carry out viewings and valuations.
Fun fact - When she’s not enjoying a wee nap, In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family and slipping off on city breaks with her partner exploring new destinations and creating special memories along the way.
