Tom will be on the front line inspecting our properties and keeping them in top condition, he will be on hand to advise landlords on where they can make small changes to their properties on get the maximum return on their investment, Work History Tom began his property career in Holiday Lettings with an apprenticeship, over his 5 years at the company he worked his way up to the operations manager. From there he moved to one of the largest Estate Agents in Brighton where he became a property manager, looking after his own portfolio of x properties. He built strong relationships with his landlords and was promoted to Operations Manager of the department, assisting the department head in running the large team. He now comes to Harringtons to expand his knowledge of other areas of the business whilst building on his extensive knowledge in property management. Outside the Company Tom loves to spend time with friends and family and going out for dinner. He has recently bought his own house with his girlfriend and found a new love for plants and gardening.
