About Jo
My journey started in July of 2018 when I had decided that the retail industry was no longer for me and I needed to find a new challenge. I had always been interested in the housing market leading me to purchase my first property at just the age of 19. When the role of a Customer Service Agent became available for
the Customer Experience Team I thought that is my way in. I quickly learnt that this is the industry for me, with every day being different and working in a fast pace environment.
After a couple of years within the role, a new position arrived as a trainee negotiator in Budleigh Salterton. I’ve always lived in Budleigh and having moved just outside to Newton Poppleford with my husband, I jumped at the opportunity to be able to come back and work within my home town. I love that I am meeting the locals and assisting in their moves and I also love that new people are coming to the area and love it just as much as I do.
Outside of work I am a real home girl, I love spending time with my husband, family and friends.
