We found Fine and Country to be true to their every word. They sold our property within weeks, at a difficult time of year, (just before Christmas). As mentioned earlier, anyone can sell at "reduced price". I believe Fine and Country fees were a fair reflection on the hard work they did, they achieved our selling price and they do not just send anyone to view your property, they only introduce serious buyers and accompany them! on the visit.
