Alison really manages after our property well. Things seem to come in threes or even fours, and she deals with issues promptly, responds when everyone is busy and there is not time for niceties. Alison has been extremely helpful since we started our tenancy. There were multiple issues with the flat in the fist few weeks we lived there (the landlord's fault, not hers) but she was always very prompt with making sure someone came in to identify the issue (eg. drainage problems+) and fix ... Finding a new house in a short space of time (3 weeks) can be a nightmare. But Alison made this whole process easy.
