Jacob joined Dacres in 2017 as a trainee Sales Negotiator at the Skipton office. The 18-year-old, who lives locally in Skipton, attended Ermysted's Grammar School before completing a business course at Craven College.The keen rugby player is currently enjoying his first year at senior level, playing for Wharf
edale RUFC’s second team. He was also part of a highly successful junior Colts side that won back to back Yorkshire Cups.

Comments on Agent Fees
I felt that the vendor fees I paid were value for money. My property was on sight in the window of the Skipton office, the for sale board went up quickly, I was advised of viewings and given feedback. Whilst I am aware of cheaper fees available, in consideration of the service I received, I would be happy to pay them again next time.
