We've been longstanding, long suffering clients of Crabtree, as owners of a building that is managed by this company. Our interior is shabby, no light bulbs and many attempts at having items repaired go without notice or care. Truly an awful experience and would advice all to stay clear from ... Read Full Review

Fees are high, admin fees extremely inflated and reserve fund for eventual maintenance extortionate. Freeholder and Company Director retain a strong alliance with Crabtree, to the detriment of flat owners on Leaseholds.
