House left in poor condition by previous tenants, Jordan Fishwick promised a number of remedial works which were never completed. What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent did nothing at any stage to manage the property. Very expensive rent which goes up arbitrarily every year. Agent charges for anything and everything. Agent kept deposit for petty or downright fictitious reasons.
