Since the company has been taken over they are mush more helpful. I had asked the previous owners well over a year ago to have a light fixed which is 15feet in the air.nothing happened. What agent could do to change your mind?
I do feel £60 for a renewal of tenancy every 6 months is excessive. If it was a year I would have no problem. My daughter rents different properties from other agencies and that particular fee does not apply.

Very reasonable, for such a comprehensive service. Eradicates all the pitfalls of conventional property rental, with guaranteed monthly income , complementing the prospects for longer term capital growth.
