I first worked in Estate Agency in 1986 working as a Sales Negotiator for a local firm in Wandsworth before embarking on a 27 year career in estate agency, specialising in South West London. During this time, I have gained a wealth of experience, knowledge and contacts.
I have always enjoyed going beyond what w
as expected by customers and clients, and recommendations to local friends and family were always my barometer on whether I had succeeded.
Having worked through the all the peaks and troughs the economy has had to offer in the last 30 years. I feel my experience and knowledge makes me better qualified to advise local sellers and buyers.

would have preferred to be able to negotiate rate to 1% as you were sole agent but was told your lowest rate was 1.5% but on reflection because of Vik's work and his team I'm over all happy now with the 1.5%
