I chose Accord Let’s full management service support, but instead faced unauthorised tenancy changes, added clauses without consent, unapproved rent deductions, and overcharging (e.g. £2,160 charged a £1,800 fee). Overcharging and Inaccurate Fees I was charged £2,160 for an agreement fee that was supposed to be £1,800. They also billed me for a check-in service that was never carried out.
