Terrible experience as both a seller and buyer with AB Properties. As a seller they make a lot of promises and fail to keep them. What agent could do to change your mind?
I did not have to pay fees because I was purchasing. I have spoken with other people who have sold through AB and all feedback has been that that they are very competitively priced compared to other agents. I will definitely be using them when I come to sell in the future.
