The worst customer service you will ever get. I have spoken with Jennifer the whole time which who was extremely ignorant. Astute Estates stole the deposit of one of their tenants despite the house being in perfect condition and the tennant having a good relationship with the landlord. Absolutely unfair treatment that puts profits over people. Do yourself a favour and dodge this morally destitute ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
