I opened account with Zoopla in February with a lovely gentleman named T. and was quickly explained that my subscription will be automatically renewed on on-roling 30 days contract but if I would like to cancel it all I will have to do is let T. know and he shall get it sorted for me. I had account for Zoopla commercial and the account was closed after I didn\'t need it as T. explained so in the month my contract should end I rang T. to cancel my contract but my calls were unanswered. In a few days I emailed Zoopla advising I would like to cancel my subscription and then I was informed my contract was automatically extended for another 6 months. I contacted Zoopla many times from abroad and asked for contact by someone to explain this misunderstanding as I only had three houses to sell what I explained to T. in February anyways. I am not trading anymore as I moved back to Poland in July, I am no longer certified member of The Property Ombudsman but yet Zoopla explains I will be billed until end of my contract that was basically mis-sold by someone who seems is no longer working for them.
My advise is to avoid them if you run a small business as you might end up paying for services because they do not understand you might change the profession.
