A terrible company with terrible ethics.
Avoid working with them.
You’re better off listing your properties with RightMove or any other company.
Like others have also said, they miss-sell what they will do for you and what you will be paying for.
In our instance, they told us we could try it for 6 months to see if it was any use (it wasn’t) and then they charged us for 12 months - even though they didn’t list any of our properties.
They didn’t help us at all. Their customer service is non-existent and their sales staff miss-sell products which they must know are of no use to you.
You want to work with companies who understand your needs and help you to grow. Zoopla are self-serving opportunists who will kill you for a fast buck.
Avoid them, heed the reviews and save yourself a headache.
