Have you ever used a High Street agent? We have several times before and so have my 2 children. They leave you more in the dark than Housesimple ever did , usually trying to fob you off with only half the information just to insure they keep the buyer happy (never mind about you , the seller, you know , the one who will give them all the cash on completion.) ...
