Absolute joke of an agent. Failed to pass on tenants deposit for me to register, ended up getting them to do and its been done LATE.
Had to chase them for landlords statement for first months rent.
2nd payment is now a week late and no word from them as to why or where it is, I have had to chase them. Would avoid like the plague. ...

Crystal Palace office is not good to deal with. I live next door to a property managed by SA. Rubbish is piling up in the front garden.
