I did not understand the 6 months rent plus deposit - however this was fully explained to me and I now understand that I pay 6 weeks for 6 weeks tenancy and it is not 6 weeks money for 4 weeks tenancy. (this could just have been a misunderstanding on my part - but I think it could be made clearer on the documentation).

I feel the estate agents charge exoberent fees which are very difficult to justify. Streets Ahead espcially charges its customers very high. I am not very satisfied with the fees I was charged when I took the house. but the property management was good under Rasik's management.
