Generally speaking the fees have been as expected. No one likes to pay contract renewal fees but they are a reasonable price unlike some agents.

Their fees were very competitive and in line with the market but personlly I feel the fees for estate agents per se are far too high for what they do. Particularly given all the online portals avaiable now which are the key selling tool now - in my opinion.

A bit ridiculous in my opinion. I did all the work and had difficulty contacting the representative completing the letting agreements. Not good administrative value. Interesting, she rang me (I don't remember her name but based on Uxbridge road) but when I called, left messages, no return phone call........hmmmmmm
