I am sorry that you are not happy with the service we provided. To address your concerns, firstly the price was in part dictated by the sheer number of flats that have come to the market within the same development at the same time – there are still a number of flats there which are empty as they have been priced too highly. We would always recommend a client has a PAT (Portable Appliance Test) test in order to protect them. I must apologise as it seems that this was not fully explaine ...
