Whilst I believe I got a very good rate it still seems expensive to use an estate agent. However, I consider it was worth every penny as the agent was so helpful from start to finish and Townends also have a very good Sales Progression Team - something, I doubt, internet estate agents have but it is very much needed to conclude the deal asap.
