What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have simply called back when promised. could have handled the issues with the property within a decent time. this has gone on for months. I called nearly a hundred times and was constantly promised to be called back and never happened, until I got fed up and had to call the head office in the hope to have the issued sorted. I understand we all are human and busy but if there is an issue, being ignored for months is not an option, sorry.Attached Filesnbsp;
