In addition to renting a property through Reed Rains Salford, I am also a landlord in Liverpool. The small agency I used there was recently bought out by Reeds Rains and so I also use them as agents for my flat. At that end, the service has been average with a lost set of keys, a botched payment to me and just generally slow correspondence. The Salford office seems very different and I have much more confidence in their approach.

The agency fees were higher than anticipated but the service quickly demonstrates why. Everything was processed in a timely manner, emails were replied to incredibly quickly, the documentation was all very professional and covered all aspects brilliantly, the inventory was detailed and came with photographic evidence of each item. All in all the fees initially seemed high but you really do get what you pay for and it is well worth paying the amount.
