From a sales point of view, I hate estate agents. They put an unrealistic valuation on your house, take rubbish photos, and arrange pointless viewings for people who will never bid on your property. In that regard, I don't think Reeds Rains are any better ...

Comment on agent fees
They offered us a tiered fee structure based on sell price, but our final fee has ended up a high percentage of our sale value. But to be fair to them, they've worked hard for us so I don't begrudge it too much.

The fees are reasonable, it has taken almost a year to sell this house, so that is 1 year of viewings, calls, chasing, advertising etc etc. I have no problem at all with the fees, they are worth every penny.
