Fees are competitive compared to other high street agents, but obviously online self-serve options are much cheaper if you don't require the expertise of an agent. For us, the peace of mind we received from their assistance and local knowledge was key to the successful sale, so we were satisfied the fees were fair.

I am friend/guarantor/mover of somebody who recently moved into a flat let out by the Woodford Branch - from another part of London and with a small child, to make it that bit more difficult and needing a bit of customer care.
