Aside from the fees which we just accepted early on, I could not agree with this comment more. This is an extremely accurate account of our experience with Portico too. Everything from not even apologising for such appealing communication to total unfair treatment. I will also be writing a detailed account of our experience but avoid Portico at all costs if you don't want to feel utterly stressed, upset and exasperated during and AFTER your tenancy has supposed to have even ended.
