I think the fees charged for just the view of the flat per person were a bit excessive. We aren't sure right now what the fees of the agent were so cannot have an opinion on that... And in general without the bills being included we find it to be a quite expensive for a 1 bedroom flat. Maybe if some bills were included or all of them it would be more reasonable.
