The agent's fees were not the lowest on offer in the area; others offered a lower headline percentage for handling the sale. However, there was some room for negotiation to an acceptable fee, and for the service we received from Meller Braggins I don't begrudge them a penny of what we paid. They worked hand in hand with us at every stage and together we achieved a good price for the house we sold.
