I was a little disappointed that it was not explained to us prior to payment, as to the specifications needed for a garentor, as it's not standardised across different agencies, we were working to the assumption that our current garentor would suffice, we spent ‚£118 on a check which, had we known the specifications were not standardised, we would not have done.
