Could have worked harder for both myself and seller. We both got exasperated chasing them once offer had been accepted, whereas beforehand they couldnt be more attentive.

Another agent maybe? to call all our staff 'morons' is quite unbelievable, we are all hard working people with families that strive to get the best price for our clients. We have competitive charges and no hidden fees. We certainley have never charged a 5% fee to any client EVER. Why would someone write something like this to try and stop the positive atmosphere of team Complete. We have the won many awards- and certainley not down to being 'Morons'. ...
