Avoid renting via this agency at all costs. They specialise in the most run-down properties available, and will simultaneously criticise the Landlord whilst doing nothing to remedy issues with the property.
When you leave, they will fabricate 'evidence' in order to keep your deposit, and blame you for problems that prexisted your tenancy. Even though I had an annotated inventory, they still tried to hold onto my deposit for damage caused by previous tenants. I've since found out that this is a trick they try out as a matter of standard operation.
They refuse to use the arbitration service with the Deposit Protection Service, and go out of their way to cause as long a delay as possible for the return of your deposit.
I cannot state any more clearly - AVOID.
