Our experience of using Fine and Country Drayton and in particular Hilary was very positive and supportive. She put us in touch with a financial advisor and an excellent solicitor, Any delays were out of her hands but she managed to maintain a positive and controlled outlook throughout, which helped reduce our considerable 'chain' panics. Constantly updating and in communication with either good or bad news is something I find outstanding and again made this process very palatable.
Furthermore, when not speaking to Hilary directly, Sarah at the office dealt efficiently and positively with all enquiries. I would recommend these guys to my friends and family.Was this review helpful? Yes

Our experience with staff at F&C has been thoroughly excellent & professional. We had a fairly difficult & awkward situation, about which they gave very good advice. They had time to see us, explain options and offer help. Our questions were answered carefully & completely. After a particularly unpleasant experience with another management team, our dealings with both staff mentioned above has been a delight. Colin gave us most valuable advice; he is obviously highly professional and knowledgable in this field. Sarah is also professional, on the ball and reliable.

Renting from Town and Country has been a convenient and professional experience. Staff have been extremely friendly, helpful and efficient and I am more than happy with the service I have received.
I feel that I have received good value for money and I would definitely use Town and Country again.

Most dealings were with Sarah, although some were with Hilary as well. Found both to be efficient, friendly and helpful, especially in sorting out a delay relating to references, I never felt like I was being a pain!!. I am hoping to have a long rental relationship with them :-) Debbie F.

Hilary was always extremely helpful and very sympathetic when we were messed around by potential buyers, Hilary then went onto find us very good uyers for our house and the whole matter was dealt with quickly and efficently and was sold within a matter of days after our other buyers let us down.Thanks Hilary.

We were a little worried buying our first home but after dealing with Sarah she took all the worry off us and even when I called her to ask what I thought was a silly question she was always there ready to answer my calls or emails, I will definatly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a home. Very pleased with the service provided by Town and Country. I was kept informed at all times though-out the process and any queries or questions were always answered promptly and thoroughly. I purchased my property using these agents however i would be just as happy to return to them in the future for a sale.

What a pleasure it has been to sell our house through Town and Country Southern. A truely professional agent in every respect. The assistance and feedback from Hilary was brilliant and Colin's "knowledge and know-how" is second to none!! Town and Country would be the first agent i would call on for any real estate dealings. I have had many dealings with Letting agents and Town & Country are by far the best that i have used. They work very to keep my property rented out and to the right tenants. So far over the four different tenants I've had through them, my property was only empty for a matter of days each time. They also keep very detailed records with the condition of the property upon each new tenant and because of these records the small tiny problems / damages that have occurred got resolved very quickly without any complaints. Over all a great company, always about to answer any questions or problems. You know it's a good company when i drive past and see them working some nights well past the normal hours of business getting work finished off whilst other agents i've used in the past are closed 5:30 on the dot and out the door.

Both my partner and I have each had a previous experience of purchasing property and we had both found the process to be somewhat stressful. However, the purchase of our current property was through Hilary at Town & Country Southern and the process was made as smooth as it possibly could be by her. She recommended builders, removal firms and conveyancers. We used the recommended removal firm and were very happy with their services overall. Sarah Mitchell of the Havant road branch was invaluable in the recent purchase of our new home, ably assisted by her colleague, Hillary Landey.
We have had a drawn out saga where we lost 2 house sales before we sold(with another agent).
We were about to purchase another property which the vendor backed out at the last minute.
We think we could have almost lost the purchase of this proprty if it had not been for the hard work of these staff. The conveyancer we were using was being perhaps a little too insistent on seeing Fensa certs, and wanting indemnities in place that were really unimportant, when we are talking about 2 years left on a 12 year glazing guarantee, and an indemnity costing £45.
We think this may have been the reason we lost our first purchase because of similar pressure on the vendor. Sarah worked hard keeping everyone up to date and re-assuring all parties,vendors, buyers, solicitors, and probably saved the day.Nothing was too much trouble, and she is a credit to Town & Country.Was this review helpful? There was no pushly sales tactics. The whole team were extremley friendly and made you feel welcome and important. Viewings were arranged promptly and at times to suit us. Once we had found a property they were helpful with the process that followed. They recommended solicitors,surveyors and removal firms. All of these were of as high a standard as Town & Country Southern. When we had a glitch in the chain Hilary was our 'knight in shining armour'. We were kept fully informed of developments and at times had hourly phonecalls until the problem was solved. We would strongly recommend this agent and would definately use them again if we ever decide to move again. (which is highly unlikely as we have our dream home now)

Being a first time buyer the whole process was very new and overwhelming for ourselves. We were never left in the dark and recieved excellent support from the agent. Any questions asked were answered in full and very quickly. We were kept up to date and recieved lots of phone call advising us the best route to take and when to apply pressure to various suppliers. We would like to thank Town and Country for such a great customer experience and will be sure to use them again in the future.

We found this Agent to be very professional in their dealings with us and they had a very good local knowledge of properties bought and sold in the area. The Agent kept us well informed of the developments on the Sale as and when they occurred. They did everything they said they were going to do, to market the property effectively. We were very impressed with the professionalism of all the people that we dealt with. What was particularly good was the way that we were continually kept informed of who had viewed the property and then, when we had sold, there was a weekly update on what was going on within the chain.

Hilary's communications to us were always timely and we felt as fully informed as we felt we could expect to be.
