Competitive fees, and willing to negotiate a slight discount to reflect that I wanted to host the viewings myself. Good value compared both to internet agents and the "big" high street firms, and almost certainly a better service.

Fees are very reasonable in comparison to other agents in the area, especially in light of the excellent service. Also, any works required on the property have been dealt with by Thomas Lardner in a timely manner, also at very competitive and reasonable costs, excellent all round!
