We have received excellent service during our selling and buying experience from all of the members of staff at Thomas Morris, in Sawtry. While we were in the process of marketing and selling our house, the staff actively promoted our house, handled all the viewings and kept us informed of the market conditions and potential buyers. They also offered realistic advice about pricing which proved to be accurate. Following on from our successful sale, they have kept us informed of the progress of both our sale and purchase and have been helpful in all matters. Having dealt with a number of local estate agents throughout recent years, I would highly recommend using Thomas Morris in Sawtry, over other agents based in Huntingdon. Thanks Lavelle and Olly!

Everyone at the St Ives office is extremely friendly and helpful. I'd never sold a property before and they held my hand throughout the process offering advice and tips whenever asked. I'm currently renting a property through Thomas Morris in Ramsey but I have now had an offer accepted for a house. Because everyone has been so lovely I actually feel a bit guilty that the house I've bought wasn't marketed by them! However I am still using Thomas Morris Conveyancing for the purchase and Partners Financial for mortgage advice. I would not hesitate to go to Thomas Morris St Ives in the future.

Firstly, I learned that it is so important to register your details and list your requirements, however 'picky', with the agent in order to not miss out on your ideal home! Our house was s.t.c. so we were in a good position to buy and would need somewhere quite quickly. Jordon called me immediately to tell me about the bungalow. He knew from our details we needed somewhere "user friendly", and his vendors required a quick sale. We made an appointment with Jordon to view. Our decision was made overnight. Neither myself nor my husband had purchased a property for over 20 years. Being out of touch with the "system" I was assured by Jordon and Caroline that if I had any questions not to hesitate contacting them...and I did have plenty of questions! I was kept fully informed of procedures and timescales etc. without being made to feel a nuisance or out of touch! I can't thank Jordon enough for that initial phone call! In our case, timing has been everything. Thank you Jordon (and Caroline!).

I went into Thomas Morris on Friday 31st of August 2012 to discuss the potential for them to act as agents for the sale of our house. Alistair Smith came out on the following Monday and my house was being marketed by Friday 7th September. We had one viewing that day and 2 on Sunday 9th, By Tuesday 11th we had 2 competing offers and accepted an offer at the full asking price. Today, 23rd October and only 6 weeks later, we exchanged contracts and will complete next Monday 29th October. What a fantastic service! Well done Thomas Morris!

   My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professional experience we had using Thomas Morris when selling our home. we had regular updates with Matt confirming the appointments for viewing, and in particular, the delays involved with the closure on the sale.
   We had purchased the house originally from Thomas Morris, and would recommend their team to support with buying or selling your property. Their support and guidance was excellent from day one.
   Matt was very friendly and informative during the whole process, and helped make the transition as stress free as possible, even through some complications towards the end of the sale.

   Having met three local agents, we decided to go with a different agent than Thomas Morris. Jordan was very charming, but we were also worried that he said he would not include photos of the upstairs of our house on Rightmove (because he said people would not view if they had already seen everything on the internet.    My wife and I received an excellent service from Sue at Thomas Morris, Huntingdon. Ours was a relatively simple purchase in that we weren't in a chain, our sellers were ready to leave and we were both keen to move very quickly. Even so there were some inevitable problems along the way which Sue dealt with promptly, politely and with a great deal of integrity.

   We have had dealings with estate agents previously and understand why the clichés exist about them! Sue did not fit any of these clichés and all of our dealings with her became very easy experiences.

   I would definitely recommend Sue to any friends looking to buy or sell in the area and we would use her again when it's time for us to move on.

    We were really pleased with the service we received from Thomas Morris. We felt they were honest with us throughout the process. When our first sale fell through they were really helpful in advising how to ensure a quick resale and resold the house within a week. Whenever we felt the sale process wasn't moving quickly enough, they were really proactive in chasing the solicitors and buyers and giving us honest feedback. Another feature we really appreciated was that even when our case manager wasn't in the office, the other team members seemed really aware of the details of the case and were all able to help us. We would highly recommend them, particularly as the commission rate is extremely competitive.

    I arranged to meet Steve with a view to selling my property having previously had an appointment
    with another agent. Steve was highly professional throughout, he gave me a realistic asking price
    for my property, provided clear guidelines to help me through the process, and kept me fully
    informed throughout. Steve was extremely optimistic that a buyer would be found, and he
    exceeded all expectations by finding a buyer within 48 hours of our appointment.
    Overall I would have to say, that although I approached the whole process with a degree
    of scepticism, I found the service offered to be highly professional and would have no
    hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone looking to sell their property

    Thomas Morris have been excellent throughout in selling my property. Seamus initially arrived very promptly indeed to receive instructions. Jordan then followed up well, and Sue..............well what can I say? She worked tirelessly to ensure chain remained intact from start to finish, and was the only individual you could get some sense out of at times. Well done to Thomas Morris and to Sue in particular.

    Royston staff recently dealt with the sale of my house (April 2013) which involved some particularly difficult aspects and needed to be handled with special care and sensitivity. The Royston team (Steve, Jemma, Jeremy and Julie) really stepped up to the mark and handled the sale superbly well.
