What a team,! never did I feel that I wasn't, in the driving seat, but the team were very supportive in the sale of my home. They did all the behind the scenes paperwork & phone calls etc. If ever i have the need to sell my present home, I wouldn't hesitate to use Thomas Morris in St Ives.

In a difficult market Thomas Morris continued to attract a reassuring number of potential buyers. We were unlucky enough to have two sets of buyers pull out but the staff at St Ives continued to do everything possible to find us a serious buyer. They went out of their way to reassure us that somewhere out there was our buyer; telling us what we needed to hear rather than what we wanted to hear. Their advice on presentation and marketing was first rate and their entire approach was caring and professional. Estate Agents get a bad press but the team at St Ives proved themselves to be a lovely group of people offering a very solid service and we are very glad we chose them to sell our house. Although we are happy to have sold we will miss their regular calls! We wish them all well for the future.

Sue is a lovely personable lady who is always extremely friendly yet professional in her approach and comments.

It has taken an awful long time for Thomas Morris to sell my late parents property, it is far to say it has taken much much longer than any of us would have preferred, however, Sue was the one that kept us focused and committed to stay with Thomas Morris, she was extremely receptive to any small recommendations we had in the view of trying to increase interest, she was always easy to contact and always returned my calls, had Sue not have been there, i think if i make speak on all of our behalf we would have most certainly have moved the property to alternative agent months ago.

Sue is a credit to Thomas Morris and i would highly recommend her services again.

Its been an 8 month struggle for my wife and I to buy a property but with the help of Katie and her colleagues we have managed it. The house which we eventually bought was initially out of our price range but using Katies negotiating skills we managed to reach a situation where all parties were happy. To be honest, if it wasnt for Katie willing to take this on and suggesting that it wasnt a lost cause, I would probably not have gone back and placed an offer. All our questions were answered by the team from Thomas Morris, both quickly and competently.
If there was something I could be negative about I would mention it, but there was absolutely nothing bad to say about this company or its employees. Well done Thomas Morris amd thank you.

From the start putting our house on the market to the completion we found this to be the smoothest move to date feedback next day on all viewings,kept informed of any issues on the way to completion,nothing was ever to much trouble and when you went into branch you were always greeted with a smile and felt valued.We would reconmend Thomas Morris to anyone

We sold our old property and bought our new home using Thomas Morris and from start to finish we were very pleased with the service the team provided. We were given informed advice when setting the price to sell our property, which resulted in an offer within 10 days of going on the market. Although there was a delay in moving into our new place, we were kept informed of issues and reasons for the delays. The staff were caring, honest and helpful and made a stressful process easier to cope with.

I would happily recommend this agency to friends and family.

Sue had a very difficult job to do in dealing with my purchase. I was staying with a friend after the breakup of my relationship and was desperate to move quickly. The vendors were not very considerate of my situation and made no effort to speed things along, subsequently the purchase took nearly 5 very long and difficult months full of problems that just kept delaying things. Sue was very very helpful and supportive to me, she could not have done more to try and motivate my vendors and their legal team into getting things done and keep me calm and sane!!. Sue kept me fully updated on every detail and if it hadn't been for Sue's hard work, understanding and the exceptional amount of effort she put into to helping me I am certain my purchase would have collapsed. I cannot praise Sue enough she truely is an awsome Estate Agent and I am so grateful to her for everything she did to help me. Well done Sue and thank you so much.

I sold a flat to a very demanding buyer who made repeated demands for money off even after we had agreed a price. The buyer would also send lists of questions asking the same thing again and again in the hope of receiving an answer she liked. My agent remained calm and polite, was invariably helpful and positive and when she received an abusive call threatening to pull out of the sale (because the coneyancing had been slowed down by the buyers repeated demands for information) she was able to calm the buyer down and get the sale back on track. The agent also energetically stayed on top of the buyer's solicitors to keep things moving at all and spotted that an important piece of paperwork had not been sent that my conveyancers had failed to notice. All in all top service.

The team at St Neots office was extremely efficient, professional yet friendly. They always reported back on viewers comments within a very short period of time. If they were unable to contact the viewers, they would still come back and let you know. We also bought a house through Thomas Morris and would not hesitate to do so again, should we move again. Before selecting Thomas Morris we visited other agents in the town but chose TM because they instllled confidence from day one. Well done Karen and her team!!!!

We used the F&C part of Thomas Morris.

The staff in the office are very friendly and I would single out Julie, Sue and Richard for the highest praise. They were consistent in their communication styles and they were very easy to deal with.

We were not as happy with the senior managers who seemed quite lazy at times - which is not ideal when you are paying the agents!

So I would recommend these agents, but try and deal with Sue, Julie or Richard for the greatest success and easiest working relationship!

From my first visit to the office to the day of completion (and, actually, beyond that), the service I received has been superb. A very friendly, efficient team who were genuinely interested in my questions and concerns. I was a first-time buyer, and needed to have things explained to me: the Thomas Morris team were very patient, extremely courteous and rather good fun!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. My property sold within 3 weeks of being on the Market and completed within 10 weeks. Had constant updates on progress and always answered any questions I had. Pleasant and very understanding. This was my first time selling a property so was a little in the dark with what to expect but Thomas Morris made the transaction very easy and put me at ease with the whole thing. Big thumbs up Thomas Morris and thank you for all your help!!

Brillant service, quick to respond to all questions, good and informative information given at all stages and very helpful in assisting with viewings. We sold within a month or so which was wonderful. All staff were knowlegable but Katy Quilliam who was my main contact was excellent. In fact so helpful I recommended to a friend. The staff at the Royston Branch of Thomas Morris are all excellent and very professional. They have kept us informed at points of the sale, advising when viewing are due and the outcomes. I sold my previous house through Thomas Morris and then proceeded to buy another with them. At the very last minute I had to pull out of that purchase due to marital issues. I then went on, at very short notice, to buy another house through Thomas Morris. Their service through all of this was excellent. Of particular note is Jemma (the assistant manager) who was amazing from start to finish. I have no idea how many emails I must have sent the poor woman over the entire 18 month odyssey but she was always quick to reply and, if she didn't have the answer straight away, would find out in a very short time.
I also got a rebate/discount on my seller fees because I sold and purchased through Thomas Morris. This came in very handy for those unexpected little costs when I moved in.
I'm happy to recommend Thomas Morris and, if I'm ever insane eneough to want to move again, I'll go straight back to them.

From the minute I walked in the door I was treated as a friend. Thomas Morris found me the flat had been looking for and the purchase went through using TMC very quickly. The ladies in the sales office kept me informed regulally of the progress both by email and telephone. I was made to feel special and npthing was too much trouble. The service provided could not be beaten, they are stars. I would also like to say how good TMC were with the legal side of the puchase. Thomas Morris and TMC were often in contact with each other and I was also kept in the picture.
Overall a very friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Top Class Performance.

Thomas Morris were aware we were looking for a investment property and informed us as soon as they took instruction on this repossessed property. They kept us up to date and informed of events until we were in a position to make an offer. They processed our offer with due speed and persisted with the selling agent until our offer was accepted and Solicitors had been instructed. The whole purchase was done efficiently and with speed and most importantly they kept us constantly up to date.

The staff are extremely helpful & professional and a pleasure to deal with. They encouraged prospective buyers & we had many viewings and several acceptable offers, one of which we eventually agreed to. Even in a difficult selling climate they persisted & helped with advice along the way, all at a very reasonable price. Mostly my wife & I dealt with Karen & Gail who were unbelievably brilliant and earned their "box of chocolates". We also bought a new property from the agents & once again excellent service from them. They also suggested using Thomas Morris Conveyancing (they would wouldn't they) and after getting other quotes we found TM Con. competative with the added advantage that TM Est Agents would pass on any paperwork from us to TM Con. very often the same day, thus saving us postage & more importantly delivery time. Well satisfied & would use them again without hesitation.

We have never bought a house before and have heard a lot of bad things about estate agents so went in to the process with a sceptical approach. However, Thomas Morris were EXCELLENT! We could not fault the service they provided from initial contact to completion. All the staff in the St Ives branch are so very helpful and friendly and most importantly sincere and genuine. It never felt like they were only acting on behalf of the vendor. They put us in touch with their mortgage broker who was also excellent and made everything sound understandable which was most appreciated! We also went through their solicitors which made everything much easier. Thomas Morris were there to support us throughout the process and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
