What agent could do to change your mind?
She obviously should have called me earlier if she could not make appointment, as flat was empty i had some travelled 20 miles to to show her apartment for this apointment.
She should have apologised for no-show.
She should have called me back to re-arrange a suitable apointment.
It is pretty obvious she was not interested in this apartment,surprisingly when PRG fees for selling apartment could have been considerable.

Mhaira telephone manners need brushing up! Rude, abruptive on the phone and you'd be lucky to get an apology from her!!!
I booked a property viewing late PM and no one turned up. I tried calling the office - no answer. There were others also waiting to see the property and none of them received any communication from the estate agent nor could get through to them either. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
