Very good service from Jorgensen Turner, and Gurdeep especially. It got a bit hairy when the first sale fell through at a late stage but, once negotiations had failed, Gurdeep got straight on the case & we had a new buyer in 24 hours! Thankfully this one has gone all the way and we were able to hang on to the property we were buying. From the initial meeting and valuation with Paul, to viewings, and ultimately navigating our way to exchanging contracts with Gurdeep, we have been kept informed, consulted at every stage and well supported through this most-stressful of processes! Would not hesitate to recommend the team at Jorgensen Turner.

Wanted to thank Magdalena for the great help in letting out my place. I was on holiday at the time and the only phone call I have received was on agreeing if I was happy with tenants. Excellent service from Gurdeep and Paul. I was updated very promptly at each stage of the proccess.
Gurdeep is a very good salesperson ! I know he will be very successfull in his Estate Agent career.
It was good to be informed re delays and progress, at least I was clear on my position re sale.I hope that more Estate Agents in Shepherds Bush can "take a leaf out of their book ".!

This was our second time purchasing through Jorgensen Turner and have been more than happy with the level of service on both occasions. The sales negotiator dealing with matters most recently, Gurdeep, was extremely attentive and I found that he always made an effort to ensure that we were very well informed of all that was happening with the purchase. Jorgensen Turner have looked after our property for 2 and a half years now and from my first meeting with Richard Turner to my dealings with Joanna, and more recently Magdalena and Kevin, I have felt well looked after. When I first instructed Jorgensen Turner it was in competition with the two other local agents but I have built up a good relationship with them and trust them to look after my requirements. They have always provided good quality tenants and have gone above and beyond their remit as far as simply letting the property with good advice and prompt replies to any questions I have had. A trustworthy service from a professional company.

jorgensen turner were recommended to us by a friend who had had a positive experience as a landlord with them. We received a good level of service and were happy that our feedback on our online profile was taken on board. Magdalena arranged the viewings for out flat, we received good communication and a good number of viewings. When appointments were cancelled at short notice by prospective tenants, Magdalena kept us up to date, and took a positive approach. We secured tenants within 2 weeks.

Magdalena was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She took time to show us the property on seperate occassions and negotiated with the landlord superbly. She was always prompt with answering questions and often stayed late to meet us after work. I would highly recommend Jorgensen Turner and especially Magda as a lettings negotiator. We love our new home and the whole process went very smoothly.

We have just exchanged contracts on a house in West London, purchased through Jorgensen Turner. We had a slightly nerve wracking delay to our exchange and Paul Jorgensen did his best to liaise with the vendor and let us know what the problems were at their end. During a stressful time such as this, good communication from the Agent is very important and Paul was very re-assuring.

My experience with Jorgensen Turner has been exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Magdalena gave us good advices and suggestions on which property to choose according to our criteria. My colleague and I met with Magdalena for the initial viewing of the property. We found her to be extremely pleasant to deal with and most importantly knew what she was talking about. Subsequent to this viewing we rented the property and Magdalena dealt with all our queries in a very efficient manner. All referencing was completed and we signed a lease for the property. I would definitely recommend Magdalena as a Letting Agent.

My experience with Jorgensen Turner has been wonderful from start to the end.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Andrew gave me some really good advice on which property to choose according to my criteria and I was very impressed on how quickly they took care of everything, and allowed me to move in to my chosen property within days. When I moved out and had problems with delayed deposit return from my landlord, Kevin was really helpful and quickly took care of the problem.

I have been renting out property in west london for the last 13 years and have tried to build relationships with the agents I use with somewhat limited success after being badly let down by winkworths about 3 years ago I walked accross the road and spoke to Richard Turner he let my flat almost at once and has done so serval times since I have always been very happy with the way they deal with me and any problems to the extent that I have placed a second proberty with them and this has also been very successful I may well look at renting out further properties with them as out of about 8 agents I have used the are by far and away the best

The agents at Jorgensen Turner were incredibly friendly, professional, personal, and helpful, even when we said we wanted to move in the next week! They helped us deal with every aspect of the move in, even when I called very stressed because some time-sensitive documents were not received (through no fault of their own). They even keep in contact with us throughout our tenancy, making sure everything is in order (even when I have funny questions about our boiler and toaster!) I would definitely recommend using them again.

Magdalena at Jorgensen Turner was fantastic from start to finish during the letting process.
She was very friendly when it came to setting up the viewing and extremely responsive to any queries we had, and always replied to them in a timely manner. She also went out of her way to help us with contacting the landlord about items that needed replacing etc.
All in all a positive experience and a trustworthy one, I wouldn't hesitate to approach her / them again for my property search needs.

We were needing to rent out our flat as we were moving to Sydney, and after a very worrying first couple of weeks of no viewings with another agent, Kevin at Jorgensen came onboard to help. The flat was rented in the first couple of viewings which was great, and we had a tenant move in the day we moved out, which financially for us was the best outcome. Kevin and Magdalena were really efficient and professional, keeping me updated on the feedback for each viewing. We are now in Sydney and they keep in regular contact. Also, Joanna at Jorgensen sends us statement updates and has paid our final outstanding utility bills in our absence, which is a huge help. I know this is all part of the service and it doesn't come for free, but its comforting to feel in safe hands, being so far away.

I needed to get my property on the rental market within 6 hours before leaving the country. Kevin and the team were incredibly responsive and managed to get photos taken and get the property on the webiste before the end of the day. They also managed to let the property for the full asking price within 3 days of it going onto the market.
I've now been letting the flat for the last three months and have no complaints whatsoever. Would highly recommend using this agency

Jorgensen Turner were quick to react and provide a flat that had not even gone on the market. Kevin Pearcey, the Lettings Manager was professional, easy to deal with and prompt with responses to questions. I would use Jorgensen Turner again.

Jorgensen Turner were able to take over management of my flat at short notice after the previous agent let us down badly. They were very supportive, quickly taking over the stress of a very difficult situation. I found them to be very helpful, offering advice and recommendations for the refurbishment of the flat and organising work to be done with a minimum of fuss. I found Kevin was honest, amazingly responsive and he went about 10 times the extra mile for me. I can not recommend the firm or Kevin highly enough.

I rented a flat throught this agency in September 2011. I dealt specifically with Magda who was helpful, fair and efficient throughout - some qualities lacking by many agents I had dealt with. The process was quick, well organised and promoted with clarity leaving little doubt in my mind. Any small queries with regard to the contract were dealt with ease. Overall, Magda and as a consequence Jorgensen Turner were excellent.

I have never used Jorgensen turner before but I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and how courteous and easy to deal with the staff were. I was especially pleased with the lead sales negotiator, Gurdeep. He was obviously acting in his clients best interests but he was also always very good at keeping me up to date with developments, actively pushing things along and generally acting in a professional manner to ensure the transaction proceeded as smoothly as possible without being too pushy ( which a lot of agents can be to the detriment of the deal). Their straight forward and transparent manner is to be commended and they were a pleasure to deal with.

The team at JT were simply superb in the service I received. Not only did they find professional tenants for my flat expediently for a second year but they were exceptionally helpful, professional and cheerful at all times. I also had regular feedback regarding viewings and was very much kept up to date of events.
Magdelana & Kevin went out of their way to be very accommodating (eg picking up and dropping off keys or contracts from my house and getting spare sets of keys cut) which was hugely helpful as I was essentially house bound with 8 week old twins!
The JT team provide a much more personal approach than most agents I've dealt with in the past. I never thought I would be singing the praises of estate agents but credit where it's due, these guys do deserve it! Well done Paul, Magda & Kevin!Was this review helpful? Yes
