I found Jorgensen Turner agents bringing a good class of tenant to my property and they were always courteous and helpful. They worked hard to put a tenant into my flat within 3 weeks.

Tormod was the best Estate Agent I have ever encountered. I have interacted with many over the years, during various rental searches, two property purchases, one property sale, and one aborted property sale. He is well organised, polite, extremely proactive, positive, and an effective operator.
Tormod did a great job when selling my flat, in trying circumstances, due to disorganised people and their respective solicitors and agents above and below in the chain.
When showing the property, Tormod always gave ample advance notice of any prospective viewing.
During our entire engagement, whenever I asked Tormod for something, he always got back to me in a timely fashion with the required information, and never needed to be chased or given a 'reminder'
Whenever there were delays with the chain, Tormod always seemed to be the most proactive agent in the chain, in trying to find out what was going on, and solve problems. This was very reassuring, and helped to keep things moving.
I would heartily recommend Jorgensen Turner in general, and Tormod Smith in particular

I have had my flat in quite a prestigious block in Acton for 6-7 years and placed it with Jorgensen Turner (on personal recommendation) as well as 2 other agents for the current let which started in January. I was very impressed with their service. Firstly they found me a tenant, which has worked out well, but also Mikolaj guided me through the process so it was all relatively painless. I found everyone very approachable and efficient. They offer a very personal service, which I like, as they get the job done but they are also very nice people to do business with.
Last year they had been unable to find a tenant in time for that letting period and I was rather sad I eventually had to take another agent's client as I felt Mikolaj had worked so hard for me. When that tenancy ended, I had no hesitation in returning to JT to place my property with them. It was a sweet pleasure on both sides therefore that it worked out so well this time round.
I would highly recommend this agency to a prospective landlord.

There is no doubt that Jorgensen Turner stand heads above the other estate agents in West London.
Do not make the mistake (as we did) of thinking that a larger known brand will have more resources to focus on your sale or letting with a bigger reach over the market!
When putting your property on the market, they will work harder, with more attention to detail than anyone else, and Paul Jorgensen was one of the most professional, friendly and communicative people I have ever dealt with. We bought our house and are now letting our old flat through them for these reasons!

   Magdalena was extremely efficient and always pleasant to deal with. She secured a very good tenant in a very short period which is something your competitors (beinging with a W.....) further down the Uxbridge Road didn't manage to do in over a month!!    The agency went above and beyond what they had to do to help me settle into my new home which I was very surprised about - they handled all niggling problems with the property within the first few weeks of my moving in despite the fact they weren't managing it post-contract! I was also allowed access to the property beforehand to measure the place up for furniture etc. which they didn't have to agree to. All in all, extremely polite, professional and understanding - and having dealt with nearly 50 estate agents throughout many moves in the last decade I can confidently say they are one of the best I've dealt with. If only I could choose to rent my property in any area through them, I'd guarantee them my business for my next move in advance!

   Jorgensen Turner and the agent we dealt with - Mikolaj Jachowicz - were very easy and efficient to deal with.
   They are friendly, up front and clear with regards to what our options were, what we needed to do ourselves and helped out with making the searching and hand over to rent as smooth and easy as possible.
   Mikolaj was also very helpful with dealing with a few small issues that needed to be sorted with the land lord.
   Very happy with the service

I was a first time landlord and they helped steer me through the process in a very supportive way and they found me a tenant extremely quickly at nearly the price I'd hoped for. I was impressed and would definitely recommend them. Magdelena Wrobel was also very helpful in offering long term support and I found her to be remarkably efficient throughout.

   I'm French and my English is not perfect so it was easier for me to write emails to estate agents than to call them and get the information I needed. I've been disappointed by several estate agencies before working with Jorgensen-Turner : those agencies often answered poorly (eg. only partly to the question I asked) ... when the did answered to me! It has been completely different with Jorgensen-Turner as their letting negociator, Karolina, has been really helpful and professional from the very beginning of the letting process. And kind and polite in addition! For sure, I'll ask her and Jorgensen-Turner next time I've to search for a short let in London.

    I've dealt with a number of agents over the last few months, but have been most impressed by Jorgensen Turner and, in particular, Tormod. Always professional, it was clear that any vendor was in safe hands with them. I encountered difficulties with my own sale (which were resolved thankfully) and immediately thought of Jorgensens as the best agent to approach about marketing my property. As it happened, I didn't need their services but, when I next sell, I will call on them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a professional agency who will work hard on their behalf.

    I am very happy with the services i received from Jorgensen Turner. My main point of contact was Arfan Riaz, who not only provided me with great support and advice along the way, but detailed updates and outcomes fro every viewing my property received. This is in my view, is key in what really makes Jorgensen Turner stand out from any other agent and therefore a cut above the rest!
    I've never been one for believing that a bigger well known Agent is best, in fact - i dislike all sorts of big chains which dominate our market, since they lack the approchable and personable touch the smaller independent companies have. I hope success and growth doesn't change Jorgensen Turners approach and they keep this level of service... i would absolutely use their services again and recommend other's to do so too. Thank you Jorgensen Turner team - Arfan, you were fab!

    I found Jorgensen Turner extremely helpful in renting out my flat in Shepherd Bush. Staf members in the Uxdridge Road office were straight to the point, efficient in finding the right tenants, transparent and flexible/able to compromise when needed. I would definetrly use this estate agent again, and I would strongly recommend them to others. On the all, I found them much more pleasant to do business with than other high strees agents, and the fees are resonable.

    Magda was so helpful and supportive from the beginning of our search onwards and we were so happy that we ended up finding our ideal property thanks to her hard work and excellent judgement. Having never rented in London before she made the experience stress-free and was always on hand to answer our questions and advise us about the renting process.     Magda was superb. We were very keen on the advertised property and I was given a viewing within an hour of my enquiry call in the morning. My husband was given an immediate viewing after work the same day, which meant we could make an immediate, informed decision. We loved the property and were up against another offer later that day. Magda put our case forward to the landlord and within weeks we are moved in to our new home. She was excellent and possesses added skills of entertaining a 3month old baby whilst mother looked around the property. Not many agents have such patience or understanding. I can't fault Magda's interactions with us and her efficacy whilst processing the paperwork with my husband. If only all estate agents were of her standard! She delivered results and we are happy customers

    when your agent care about your situation more than just closing a deal because they know you need to move asap you should know they are the best, in three days time we went to almost all the estate agency and could see the difference, if you are about to rent a flat/house JT is your life saver..

    After a few weeks of dealing with other local estate agents we were definitely feeling disheartened until finding the property we ultimately rented with JT. Mikolaj was very helpful when showing us the property though we were slightly confused with the explanation of the fees and the deposit / first month's rent was due a lot sooner than we had understood (though this was at the landlord's request). The fees were very reasonable in comparison with other agents we had looked with and the whole moving in process ran very smoothly.

    From the first moment I entered the estate agency I was extremely well served.
    Mikolaj was very patient with me as it was my first ever time renting a flat directly with an estate agent.
    Everytime I needed any information he as very friendly and helpful.
    Before signing the contract every single clause in it was explained what made me very confident in closing the deal.

    I had bought the flat through the same agency and it seemed a logical step to keep it with JorgensenTurner to let it.
    I was very impressed that two days after completion of contracts the letting department had found tenants and were calling me to tell me about them. The whole process went very smoothly and Mickolaj and Joanna have taken very good care of all details and have offered excellent advice throughout. The standard is very high professionally at every step, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

    From the moment my wife and I were in contact with Jorgensen Turner about arranging a viewing of a flat that we were interested in viewing, they were extremely helpful. Nothing seemed too much of an effort. Questions were answered quickly and requests were followed through with. Magdalena was very professional throughout the whole process and made us feel comfortable and left us with the impression that if something was needed during our tenancy they would be more than happy to assist.
    There was a small issue on moving into the flat but after mentioning it to the property manager and Magdalena, the issue was resolved very quickly.

    My wife and I are extremely happy with our new flat.

    I highly recommend Jorgenson Turner for professional, sincere and friendly service.
