Harrison's fees are very competitive and reasonable, and in line with their sales pitch in which they seek to grow their portfolio by keeping their customers happy. There were no hidden fees and the fees charged were not extravagant. The only negative surprise was their policy of collecting their entire annual management fees upfront. This was not stated upfront.
