My property took quite a while to sell not anything to do with glenn flegg at all just the market at the time, it was very stressful for us but they took this onboard and remained professional throughout, they were constantly in touch with any updates and secured the sale of my house, many thanks.

Words can not adequately express how refreshing it is to come across such a professional and efficient Letting Agency. Nick has made letting our flat so simple. 18 months ago we were badly let down by another estate agent and we were reticent about using another company. I am pleased to say that Glenn Flegg & Co have far exceeded our expectations. They have arranged everything from taking the keys off our outgoing tenants, to cleaning and cosmetic repairs. They found new tenants before our old ones moved out so we avoided having any void periods.
I am away a lot with work and it is comforting to know that our property is well taken care of.

Jan has been dealing with my rented property for 2 years. Always a very quick email responce to any queries I might have, anything to check she gets back to you normally that day or the next at the latest. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Every month a statment emailed to me in PDF form. I would defintiely use Glenn Flegg again should I rent out my property again. The tenants they found for me stayed 2 years, paid every month and the house was barely touched and spotless when they left. Jan has been a great help throughout all this time. Thanks Jan!

The excellence of service provided by Lee, Ben and Stuart has far exceeded my expectations. From the start of viewing properties to the final end I have received all the relevant criteria IE: communication, support, advice. The team has done significantly well in a short period of time and met the deadlines before hand. For this I am very grateful as it saved me time, resources and money. In particular was the enthusiasm in which these individuals dealt with the situation which resulted in exchanging contracts within three weeks! Keep up the good work and I'm sure we'll be in touch again.

The standard provided by GLENN FLEGG can only be described as exceptional! The information, communication and support service given by LEE went above and beyond the call! He went out of his way to negotiate what was a difficult path to achieve the sale and in so doing ensured that both parties were supported and more than satisfied with the process! LEE helped us to complete the purchase within 6 weeks, because of this we saved on the stamp duty as the sale was completed on 1130 hrs, 23rd March 12. Had there been a delay of another four hours the entire situation would have been different.... (read more)

I have been dealing with Glenn Flegg & Co on the sale of my house and I can't believe the time and effort the whole team have been putting in to make sure I get the best price for my property. The number of viewings they arranged in the first week was amazing. I have already had numerous offers and Ben is working hard on negotiating the best price. They really have taken the stress out of selling my house and have constantly been in touch to keep me up to date. It's just a shame they haven 't got an office in the area I'm moving to so I could also use them to buy my next property. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services. Special thanks to Ben, Stuart and Lee!

I have been dealing with Ben and Stuart - or rather I haven't.. Glenn Flegg simply refuse to respond to my emails enquiring how and when my offer was made to the vendor - they will simly not confirm anything in writing. I doubt that they have put the offer forward -although they are legally required to. We're going round in circles- I really doubt their professionalism!

Nick was excellent and handled all matters very professionally. In fact the whole team at the office were very courteous and all my many queries were handled very well. The reference's and advise provided on prospective clients was very good and helped me narrow down the candidates to what my requirements were. The inventory of the apartment was very comprehensive and Nick took complete care of on-boarding the new client. Glenn Flegg also made sure the utility companies were informed, something i did not expect so many thanks to the team.

Fantastic service from everyone especially Nick, Rachel and Jan, the property was let within days of being on the market. Great communication, constantly updated on the progress of the paperwork with the new tennents. Would highly recommend to any landlords.

We dealt with Lee at the Burnham office and found him to be extremely helpful and persistent through a difficult sale. We couldn't have asked for a better level of service and felt that Lee was really on the ball in getting the sale through - despite it being very drawn out (no fault of the agents). We would recommend using these agents.

Having been left in a terrible mess by the goings on at Berkshire Property Services, Nick, particularly, was able to help us with clearing up that mess and setting up new tenancies for our two properties. I particularly appreciated that he made it very clear that he was to be the tenants' point of contact, taking that off me and my wife.

Upon purchasing this property I contacted Nick at Glenn Flegg in Burnham . The service this letting agent gave was first class. They found good tenants and fully manage the property . We fully recommend this company.

Having dealt with Glen Flegg for a few years now, and with a tenant leaving end of last year, they were quick to find and install a new tenant with minimum delays. In all my dealings with this firm, partcualry Jan and Nick, they have been excellent, professional and pleasant to deal with, and I have complete confidnnce in them looking after my interests as a landlord.

We let our flat out for 18 months with Glenn Flegg & Co and then later sold it through them too. We found their service, both in management of the property while it was being rented, and everything involved in the sale, to be excellent. Our whole experience was not without problems - tricky tenants, a sale that fell through and another sale that was delayed for some time. Glenn Flegg kept us informed throughout. They chased solicitors on our behalf, advised us on recouping money from our tenants deposit and always had potential buyers and tenants waiting for viewings when things fell through. No mean feat in such a difficult market. Ben and Jan were especially good - always returning phone calls and giving us a realistic expectations on price, time frame and the quality of buyers/tenants. We would certainly use them again. We found their service to be head and shoulders above other estate agents that we have used previously. Highly recommend.

I would like to compliment the fine work done by the enthusiastic staff at Glenn Flegg. I have used them to rent my house for the last six years. They are courteous, diligent and very helpful in their dealings with me and my tenents. I live abroad and need to be able to trust an agent, to take care of all aspects of house rental on my behalf. They have acheived this to my total satisfaction and I intend to use their services for many years to come. Well done!

I purchased my property through Glenn Flegg. While going through the process I was 7 months pregnant and a first time buyer. We were extremely happy with the service we received. Were always up dated with each step by Benn Flegg and collegues.

Great service throughout the sale of our flat. it was a rental property and advice was given as to renovations to help sale - also a hanyman was recommended who was also very good. Kept me informed throughout the sale and overall were a pleasure to deal with. We had previously had the flat for sale with two "chain" estate agents, both gave very poor service in comparison. We also had our flat rented through Glenn flegg - their rental team are also excellent. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I have used Glenn Flegg for years to help me rent my flat in Langley and then this year used the sales team to help me sell the property. Ben Flegg and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process of the sale. Ben in particular was brilliant when the first buyer very rudely pulled out (no fault of Glenn Flegg) and by the end of that day he had found me a far better buyer. The sales team were very knowledgeable, always on top of what was happening with the buyers and very instrumental in helping complete the final sale. I would highly recommend using Ben and his sales team.

My contact with Glenn Flegg & Co was Lee Evans, who we first met when we viewed the property for the first time. He was punctual, helpful and efficient. It was a very long road to completion and Lee was fantastic all the way, giving advice and keeping everybody in the loop. If at anytime Lee was not available the other staff at Glenn Flegg were very helpful.
