   From initial meetings to final exchange of property Abraham showed an involved professional commitment to his task - negotiating for the benefit of BOTH seller and buyer to make a difficult deal acceptable to both parties. His pleasant manner with a deep understanding of the market and its vagaries helped to make the process a joyful journey with never a difficult moment in which you felt you were left high and dry without options to move forward. A true partner in the biggest sense of the word in this the biggest and most important decision a family usually makes.

   All the staff at this branch were extremely helpful . I live 100 miles away from my Mothers property which was being sold and found this logistical problem no hindrance due to their attitude and their understanding that my frail Mother was treated with respect and courtesy.    I entered this sale with trepidation and was recommended to Castles. I'm glad I followed this advice. From day 1 when I met Steve at the house, and he took the time to listen and advise me on the best way to deal with it. Then Sunny and Panos who were very helpful and kept me informed all the time of any developments. The house was sold in 4 days for the total asking price. Everything completed in 12 weeks. The team made what could have been a very stressful time so painless and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

   I just wanted to say thank you to Alex for finding tenants for my property. He was prompt in advertising the property and arranging viewings, which resulted in finding tenants immediately. After our initial conversation, he kept in touch constantly keeping me informed at all times of progress. Despite the poor state of the property he was confident that prospective tenants would see past the mess and dirt, and recognise its potential.     Our Search for a new home lasted a year and during that time Castles were our main estate agent of choice as they simply seemed to have the nicest most desirable properties on their listings. After providing them with our wish list they showed us numerous properties which ticked the boxes we had in mind but due to our own personal circumstances we were unable to commit. However once we had sold both our properties Castles found us our dream home with the space and garden we had been looking for and in a fantastic location literally 2 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Crouch End.

    That's just the process, I must say the service Castles provided up until exchange and completion was faultless with many questions being answered and many problems being solved at the drop of a hat.

    All in all Castles made the process of finding our dream home much easier. We had such a fixed view on what we were looking for in our n home and Castles helped us find it.

    Excellent, honest and fast service over the past nearly 10 years with many good will gestures given in a polite and efficient manner. Panos managed my property and used his experience and well established contacts to help me with all the jobs that go with renting out a property including organising and doing repairs, letting people in and out of my flat as required, dealing wiht money. Panos was always very efficient and spent time finding the right tenants and dealing with difficulties always with tact, immense patience, kindness and speed. Panos is a man I trusted which gave me much peace of mind and saved me time because I did not feel that I had to get quotes from other people at all. I trusted the whole Castle team with Panos as a leader.

    I was really happy with the help and friendly advice I received from these guys, and their effective and professional service helped us find our perfect flat quickly. It takes so much stress out of the process when you find an agent whose advice you can trust, and who you come to think of as a friend! I started off talking to several agencies but ended up dropping the rest as the properties on Castles' books were higher quality and the service made all the difference. They are very good at what they do and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I come to sell.

    I really appreciated that Sunny went the extra mile to arrange viewings that would suit us and to take us through the process as first time buyers, and Panos was professional and reassuring throughout negotiation and exchange of contracts. Castles London comes highly recommended from this happy client.

    We were extremely impressed by and very pleased with the service we received from Castles estate agents in Crouch End. First of all, they worked quickly, showing us a property which they thought would be suitable for us as soon as possible, which allowed us time to view it, re-view it and eventually make an offer in what became a competitive situation. They handled a competitive bid process sensitively and fairly, dealing with all parties in an open way, which really helped what could have become a difficult and stressful process proceed smoothly. At all stages during the subsequent purchase process we felt we could rely on them for sensible advice and assistance. They were available whenever we needed them. Their attention to the needs of their customers showed in small ways that left a positive impression - even putting a light on in our new home for us at our request when we were out of the country on the completion date! We thoroughly recommend them, thank them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

    Abraham has been incredibly professional throughout our transaction. His eye on the big dynamics of any deal, combined with a mind for detail has been a real driver for us. He knows his local Market better than all other agents we have had dealings with in the past. He is a perfectionist and "short-cuts" are something he leaves to lesser agents. This means, he fills the buyer (and seller) with a lot of confidence around any transaction and ultimately he delivers. We were more than happy to let Abraham Market (successfully) our property once we'd bought and once again, he achieved fantastic results for us. Abraham led us to the perfect property upgrade for us in crouch end after 2yrs of getting nowhere. Our only regret is that we didn't meet him sooner than we did. Excellent agent.

    Abraham and the team were excellent. We did a lot of research and heard a lot of rumours about selling in Crouch End. We decided to believe the rumours about Castles and Abraham, we were not disappointed. Throughout the sale, Abraham had guided us through the risks, procedures and how we can get backup plans. I cant thank them enough for looking after us.

    If you want to sell or buy, go to Abraham, you wont be let down and you'll be looked after extremely well. In Crouch End especially, there is fierce competition between all the estate agents, which can play on the sellers/buyers minds. Castles did a great job of cutting through all the pressure and just getting the job done.

    I also think communication and regular updates are key to selling and buying. Again, Castles and Abraham keep you updated all the time and never let anything slip. True professionals, real people and no nonsense approaches.

    Castles were fantastic from start to finish. I sold my property in one weekend and the entire process was very easy. We also bought our new home via Castles. None of the estate agent cliches applied - Abraham was upfront and straightforward to deal with - a very diffferent experience from all the other estate agents I've dealt with.

    We spent a long time searching for our first property and dealt with all the agents in the Crouch end / Muswell Hill / Harringay Ladder area. We got to see the best and worst agents and Castles Turnpike Lane was (and is) the best. As a first time buyer it is a particularly stressful experience as the entire process is new and one places a lot of trust in the agent to help one through the process.     Abraham Rawat certainly changed my opinion of estate agents. Abraham was extremely helpful in finding the right propoerty for me (not him!) after taking time out to listen and evaluate. He was totally objective on all the propertys we viewed and eventually we found the right one. His knowledge of the north london propoerty market is second to none and if it's an honest reliable service you're after, he's your man. I'm extremely happy in my new home and would recomend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the north london area, 10 out of 10 from me!
