I was contacted by BPC as a result of placing a private advert to let my property. I was offered a free let only service, in the hope that this would give publicity to the company. As I was abroad they did very well to do everything via email and replied to my emails very promptly. Inventories and carpet cleaning were arranged and carried out very efficiently at my request with minimal effort from me. Very happy with the service.

It is 7 months since I first had contact with BPC team. I was very impressed by the proffessional approach that BPC applied in all our contacts. I also learnt and got many ideas and information I did not know as a Landlord, for example Deposit Guarantee account of which I think it is important to put it in the proper account.
I like their openess, frankness and honesty!
Ashley also arranged for so many extra services to be done in a short time like Gas inspection, proffessiona inventory among others. I really find him an action man! Thank you BPC.

I have worked with theses guys for over a year now. They are dealing with letting our properties. They work is excellent. They are always accessible, reliable and the main thing the work that they do is perfect.

Ashley and Daniel have both been really efficient at letting our property in Whitchurch and the credit scoring was also done really quickly. Funds have been received well in advance of tenants moving in and everything has been done to a very professional level.
Bristol Property Centre seems to be a very unique and great value service and I'm very glad I have chosen them to let and manage our property.

So far I have been really happy and pleased with Ashley's and Dan's work on helping to manage our property. They got everything moving really fast and were always there if we needed anything or any advice with anything and are still just at the other end of the phone now if we need anything else. They are really professional and know what they're doing. I will definitely continue using them for this property and would use them again if I ever had another property. Highly recommended!

Bristol Property Centre works extremely well for me on both counts, firstly in immediately responding to the needs of our tenants and taking seriously any concerns they might have. Their customer service is excellent and this means tenants are reassured, settled and happy right from the start. For me on the letting side, Bristol Property Centre are professional with all areas, particularly my finances and property inspections, all handled in a reliable, 100% satisfactory way. I have experience of many letting agents, but the friendly, personal and efficient service with Ashley and his team is second to none. I fully recommend them.

Recently used Bristol Property Centre to advertise and rent my house as I did not have the time myself. Both Ash and Dan are young, pro-active lads who got on with the job and found me a tenant. The rent achieved was fine and their whole process of finding and checking the tenants was very thorough. I would use them again and certainly recommend them to rent your property.

I used the services of Bristol Property Centre for three flats I wanted to let. All three flats were let very quickly after going on the BPC books. The service from Ashley and Dan was wonderful - very professional and efficient. They went beyond expectations in terms of taking references, credit checks, liaising with utility companies etc. I could not fault them and will definitely use them again.

We have been trying to sell/rent our flat out for about 6 weeks. Giving up on the selling notion and there being seemingly little interest in renting the property, we decided to try another agent. Ashley from Bristol Property Centre arrived to view the flat on a Wednesday, by Friday he had found tennants, checked references, applied for credit checks and agreed to sort out a gas inspection. That is a service that is surmountable to exceptional. As long as we have the property and Bristol Property Services are willing, they will manage it. They provide a service second to none. Large estate/property lettings agents need to take a serious look at what they can do to reach this standard.

Ashley Day was thoroughly professional, he was punctual and he was accurate in assessing our property's unique selling points and rental price. We had appointments with other letting agencies but found none of them to be as on top of their market as Bristol Property Centre. One of them was even 30 mins late, had I been a tenant waiting for a viewing I'd have left! The proof of how good they are really came 24 hours later when the flat was rented for the full asking price to a delighful couple we hope will stay for as long as they wish. Thank you Bristol Property Centre..we couldn't have made a better or more lucrative choice of agency. You can and will have our business every time.

It's been all about the communication for me. Ashley keeps me fully informed about any issues with my flat and responds to any questions I have quickly and efficiently. I feel he is constantly in contact if I need him, without being bombarded with small concerns.
Bristol Property Centre has genuinely gone out of its way to deal with day-to-day and unforseeable issues that have arisen and it really feels like individual attention is given to me and my property. Ashley was fantastic in arranging for a tenant to be found for my flat i wanted to let out. He was extremely helpful and professional. I had never let out a flat before and was unsure of what exactly needed to be done. Ashley was brilliant and made the whole process very simple and hassle free. I work full time and Ashley handled all the work in finding and vetting potential tenants along with the viewings. This saved me so much time and was completely stress free. Ashley found a lovely couple to rent my flat out to and I highly recommend Bristol Property Centre to anyone considering finding an agent. I viewed a property with Ashley yesterday. He was personable and appeared skilled. I liked the property and Ashley was about to take 400 pounds from me to take it off the market, when we found out that the owner (who currently lives in the house) is actually waiting on a buyer's offer and has also had 2 people say they wanted to rent his house, and so I would not be able to actually get the ball rolling until he made his mind up. I think Ashley not knowing about this at all was somewhat unprofessional, especially in the light of the fact that I travelled 250 miles to view this house. Apart from that though, he was accommodating and professional.

The service from Ashley has been excellent from the start; so much so that we have gone from the basic tenant sourcing service to giving BPC full management of our property. We have trusted and took on board Ashley's advice and instincts where finding a tenant is concerned and are confident that we have left things in good hands.
BPC use every resource available it seems to advertise the properties and update rapidly where appropriate which was unique in our experience. The contact between ourselves as landlords and the agent has been excellent, with Ashley stepping in whilst we were on holiday to deal with contractors etc which was much appreciated.
All in all, a great service in a field where many agents leave you wondering exactly WHAT you are paying such fees for.
We shall be using BPC in the very near future for the let of our current residential property and would thoroughly recommend this agent.
