Hi everyone I can share my experience with black kattz agency. Once you willing to be honest with them, take will make sure you got that flat or house or apartment. Black kattz will do they part and make sure the landlords keep their agreement with the tenants. I meet Mr Tom and he did let me know, I will get the flat he showed me. Fees have gone up a considerable amount they were around ‚£100 a year ago and now most are around ‚£150 black katz were the most expensive. Open rent where you deal with landlords directly charge only ‚£20 for fees. I know you need to make money for your service but it seems a big leap from last year and is one of the priciest.

If you can please provide more information then we will fully investigate. On your comment regarding the Holding Fee I am slightly confused as this to my knowledge is common to every London agent I am aware of; one weeks holding deposit to secure the property which is then offset against the initial monies of 1st months rent and deposit. i look forward to hear ...
