There are slightly cheaper estate agents out there, however they didn't sell the house! Bailey Estates did! Fee on their welcome letter didn't include VAT which caught us out when purchase went ahead.

Was a tad confused regarding the 10% management fees and the finders fee. I did think it was one or the other but obviously misread the contract. Maybe it could be made clearer on the contract. It could be a little bit disconcerting if you find yourself in the position of having new tenants every six months making your annual rent a lot less than you were expecting, i.e in my case it would be over 800.00 less.
