I have used 1-2-let for some time now to let my flat. I have found the company to be really helpful. They have always kept me well informed with all aspects of the letting of my flat and when problems arose they have always handled them quickly and accurately. Some tenants do not care for your property as they should and sometimes rent has not been paid when it should. I have found that 1-2-let have always given me all the help, consideration and advice I could have wanted.

1-2-let have managed 2 of my flats for over a year now and their service has exceeded what i was expecting. flats are let quickly and any repair issues are dealt with promtly. i am now in the process of transferring the rest of my properties over to them.

They were very helpful. I was struggling to find somewhere and they helped me by suggesting a few flats.
Once I chose what flat I liked they got everything processed very quickly. Any queries that I had were answered. I would recommend 1-2-let to anyone looking to rent a flat.

I had a great experience with this agent and found the to be most helpful. At my request they moved very quickly and professionally to allow me an early entry into thd property. Where other agents have been slow to even arrange viewings, 1-2-let's team allowed my entry quickly and hassle free, to my newly leased property.
I would not hesitate to use or recommend this agent again.

We were in a peculiar situation as we were living in USA and had been for 12yrs.
We planned to return to Glasgow permenantly and wanted to arrange a rental lease prior to our arrival and we were beginning to lose hope as every letting agency we contacted seemed to just brush us off and said because we were not locally based they could not/would not help.
Luckily we persevered and eventually spoke to Andrew Crawford of 1-2Lets and our whole prospects of arranging a lease suddenly rocketed.
He was extremely helpful from the very first contact and seemed to make it his mission to not only arrange a flat for us but walked us through the whole process for getting the required paperwork in place to ensure there would be no hic-cups.
His professionalism, confidence and curtisy were a shining light in a very dark tunnel and without his help we would have been stuck in hotel for a few weeks before moving into any accommodation.

Lesley is an excellent agent, we now have four properties with 1-2 Let and would recommend Lesley to anyone seeking a professional to represent their properties. In truth I do find the accounts department a bit of a struggle when seeking information, but again in defence I do tend to ask strange questions that may need some research before answering, I juts feel they could be quicker.
Over all service very good, would get to excellent if they would improve on information sharing regarding tenants, rents etc.
Am I satisfied? broadly speaking yes, would I recommend? Most certainly!

From calling 1-2-let and the agent coming out to the property was great. Lesley came out to the property and made me feel at ease with the whole letting process. The expense of getting the correct certificates done for the property was a shock but the agent can get the trades men to do it for you, which was a help. Andy kept in contact with me as after a month on the market i was getting worried the property wouldn't rent out. After 5/6 weeks they found a tenant for me I will not know what its like untill he has lived there for a while and if there will be issues with payment of rent ect. But all in all i've been happy with the service i've received.

As someone who uses your agency on a regular basis I would like to thank you and your staff for a job well done. However, I would especially like to thank Lesley for all the help over the years. I have now worked with her for many years, and she has helped me right from the beginning when I was getting to grips with the rental market. and all it entails. I found both Annette and Lesley extremely helpful in dealing and overcoming general problems that have arisen in both letting and minor maintenance.
The legal advice alone is worth the maintenance fee and taken the pressure off me as a first time landlord.

All staff at 1-2 let are very helpful and professional.
Annette hanna is an amazing lady and has done everything in her power to help me with my property and any problems that has raised with tennants. She is always very helpful always on hand if you have any problem. Will do anything in her power to get things sorted out.
Kendall gallagher is an amazing lady also. She also does everything in her power to help you out when accounts are concerned she also listens yo any concerns you have.
Both annette and kendall have helped me out tremendously with everything. They both take there time with you and hrlp you out and make sure you inderstand everything.
All 1-2 let staff have great manners. Are very helpful and alwats willing yo help in every aspect.

This company seem to have a problem with communication, they have not responded to phone calls, email or written letters. Very unhappy at the treatment of prospective customers. I would suggest anyone letting from this company to read carefully any contracts before signing and ask that everything be made totally clear to you. One member of staff tells you one thing and then once you have handed over money it all changes. Luckily I ended up not having to rent thanks to a good relative but I would rather sleep on the street that ever rent from 1 - 2 Let.

Was a tenant in property for 3 years. Total lack of communication, took weeks to get any repairs completed. On moving out response to telephone calls and e-mails non existant regarding return of deposit. Eventually part deposit returned with no breakdown in costs for monies with held. would never use again or recommend.
